• A mask is required upon arrival.​

• Ensure you sanitize your hands upon entrance to the clinic.  A hand sanitizing station is located within your treatment room.

​

• Your treatment room is sanitized between every appointment.  This includes massage table, door handles, POS and all other high-touch surfaces.​

​

• Appointment times are staggered by 30 minutes to ensure sanitization practices are preformed optimally and less physical contact between visitors is occurring. 

​

• A prescreening questionnaire will be delivered to you via email 48 hours prior to every appointment to assess symptoms and potential risk factors.  Please complete this form upon receiving.  Should for any reason the prescreening determine that your arrival to the clinic be considered high-risk your appointment time will simply be rescheduled to a later date.
